Data we use and why

For an account, we store your email address, name or nickname, settings, and protected sign-in data. For orders and licenses, we store products purchased, amounts, payment status, access terms, and renewal history. We use this to fulfill orders, account for payments, and respond to requests.

When you contact support, we process ticket text, replies, and attachments you provide. For product installations, we may process a license identifier, installation domain or address, product version, connection time, and technical error messages. This helps validate licenses, protect the service, and diagnose problems. Do not include passwords or full card details in tickets.

Payments, cookies, and service providers

The site uses necessary cookies for sign-in sessions, security, and language choice. You can clear them in your browser, though parts of the service may then stop working properly. Hosting and other technical providers may process data as needed to run the service. If a purchase is paid through Paddle, Paddle processes payment data as the seller under its Privacy Policy. svv.name receives the order and status details needed to provide access; we do not need full payment card details.

Subscription and payment service data

To manage subscriptions, balances, and refunds, we keep payment service customer, transaction, and subscription identifiers, order contents, amounts and currencies, the exchange rate used, payment statuses and dates, license terms, and renewal settings. We use these records to fulfill orders, renew access, account for transactions, provide support, and resolve payment disputes.

When you check out through Paddle, it receives order details, your email address, and the identifiers needed to associate the payment with your account and license. You provide payment details and the address used to calculate taxes directly to Paddle in its payment form. Paddle processes these details independently under its Privacy Policy and shares the purchase and status information we need. svv.name does not store your full card number or CVV.

For one-time payments, including CS Host, the selected service receives the amount, currency, and payment transaction identifier; you provide additional payment details in its payment form. Its data processing rules apply to those details. Monobank exchange rate requests do not contain your account or order data. Payment and technical providers may process data outside your country of residence; applicable data protection requirements continue to apply.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and license data while needed to provide the service. Order and payment records are also kept as needed for accounting and legal duties. Tickets and attachments are kept while needed to handle requests and protect the parties’ rights. Technical installation diagnostic records are normally deleted after 30 days. Backups may persist longer during their replacement cycle.

Email support@svv.name to ask about your data or request a correction or deletion. We may verify the requester’s identity and retain records where required by law or for a dispute. Applicable rights may also include access, restriction, and objection; requests are handled under applicable law.
