Terms of Use

Effective October 1, 2026. These terms cover the svv.name website, customer account, digital licenses, and modules. For product support, open a ticket in your account or email support@svv.name.

Account

An account is required to buy and manage licenses. Provide a current email address, protect your password, and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity in your account except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Products and licenses

The product page and checkout show what is included, the price, access term, and update conditions. Once payment is confirmed, the purchased entitlement appears in your account. A license permits use of the relevant product within the purchased scope and term; source code, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are not transferred. Installation may require a compatible server and access to it. You are responsible for backups of your own server and data.

Payment methods

At checkout, you can choose an automatically renewing card subscription, payment from your internal balance, or a one-time payment through an available payment service. Available methods, the amount, taxes, and the final total are shown before you confirm payment. If payment services are temporarily unavailable, new external payments cannot be started.

For payments through Paddle, Paddle is the seller for the payment transaction. It collects payment, provides the payment receipt, and handles refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. svv.name provides product support and the license.

Subscriptions and renewals

Each subscription covers one license and its selected recurring modules. The billing period is 30 days or one year. Card subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The next payment amount and date appear in your renewal settings. Paddle calculates taxes using your billing details; these may affect the final amount.

Balance renewal is enabled by default for purchases paid from the balance or through a one-time payment. You can disable it before payment or in the license settings. This renewal method uses only your internal balance. If funds are insufficient, your card will not be charged instead. If the paid term is not renewed, access to paid features ends after a seven-day grace period.

To stop future charges, disable renewal in the license settings. For Paddle subscriptions, you can also use the customer portal through “Manage card,” the link in your payment email, or Paddle.net. Your paid term remains available. Canceling a subscription does not itself issue a refund.

If you connect a card to a license with an existing paid term, the first recurring payment is scheduled after that term ends. Changing the renewal payment source or making a one-time renewal of a license with an active subscription requires confirmation that the next card charge has been canceled. If cancellation is not confirmed, the new payment is blocked to prevent duplicate renewal.

Plans and modules

Changes under “Next renewal” take effect from the next paid period. To upgrade to Pro immediately, use “Change plan” or “Upgrade to Pro now.” The charge for the remaining term and the next period’s price are shown before confirmation. New paid entitlements become available after payment is confirmed; the current expiry date stays the same.

Adding paid recurring modules may require a charge for the remaining term. Downgrades, module removal, and changes to the renewal period take effect from the next period; paid entitlements remain available until the current term ends. Modules included in Pro are available during the paid Pro term without a separate recurring charge. One-time module purchases are not included in recurring charges; their access term and update conditions are stated in the offer.

Balance, currency, and payment confirmation

The internal balance is used for purchases and renewals on svv.name. It is not a bank account, and transfers to other users or withdrawals are not available. Top-ups are separate transactions made through available one-time payment methods; Paddle is not used for top-ups. A direct one-time invoice payment pays for the stated purchase and does not credit your balance.

Prices and balances are recorded in USD. For CS Host payments, the UAH amount uses Monobank’s USD/UAH sell rate and is rounded up to the next whole hryvnia. The rate, UAH amount, and exact USD purchase or top-up amount are displayed before payment and fixed for that transaction. Later rate changes do not affect the credited amount. Your bank’s or payment service’s fees and currency conversion follow their own terms.

Entitlements and balance credits are provided after payment confirmation. Returning from the payment page does not confirm payment. If confirmation is delayed, check the invoice status under “Finance” and do not pay it again. Support reviews confirmed payments for expired or already paid invoices; they do not automatically create another purchase or credit the balance.
