Refund Policy
Effective October 1, 2026.
Canceling renewal
You can stop future card or balance charges in the license renewal settings. Paddle subscriptions can also be canceled through the customer portal, the link in your payment email, or Paddle.net. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains available until the paid term ends. It does not automatically refund the current period, a module purchase, or an upgrade to Pro.
Refunds
svv.name does not offer an additional voluntary refund guarantee. This does not limit mandatory buyer rights, including remedies for faulty digital products or a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. The applicable rules and deadlines depend on the buyer’s country, payment method, and order circumstances. We will review requests under applicable law.
If a purchase is paid through Paddle, Paddle is the seller for that transaction. Its Refund Policy and mandatory buyer rights apply to that payment; Paddle may also consider a refund request under its own policy. Submit payment requests through Paddle.net using the order details in your payment email. For license or module issues, contact support@svv.name or open a support ticket in your account.
How to contact us
For payments made without Paddle, email support@svv.name or open a ticket. Include the order number, date, and a description of the issue; do not send full card details. We will review the payment and reply through the same channel. Read the Terms of Use for license conditions.
Balance payments and the effect of a refund
Contact support to request a refund for a balance-funded purchase or a top-up made through a one-time payment service. A top-up does not grant a separate license entitlement and is not a cash withdrawal service. Requests are reviewed against the original transaction, taking into account funds already used, the payment method, and mandatory buyer rights.
Approved Paddle refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, within the timelines in its policy. A full refund revokes the entitlements granted by the relevant purchase; partial refunds and their effect on access are reviewed individually. A payment refund should not be treated as cancellation of all future charges: check the subscription status separately. Access related to a disputed transaction may be restricted while the dispute is reviewed. Your lawful right to dispute a charge remains unaffected.
