Account Security

Effective October 1, 2026.

Protect your account

Use a strong, unique password, do not share it, and check the site address before signing in. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or full payment card details in support tickets. If you notice unfamiliar activity, lose access, or suspect compromise, email support@svv.name as soon as possible. Include your account email and a short description; do not include secrets in the message.

Report a vulnerability

If you find a possible vulnerability in the website, account, API, or product, report it confidentially to support@svv.name. Include reproduction steps, the affected address or version, and the likely impact. Use your own data for testing, and do not disrupt service or access other users’ data. Please avoid publishing technical details until we can review the report and coordinate a safe disclosure time.

Data and payments

Read the Privacy Policy for information about technical and personal data. If a payment was made through Paddle, contact Paddle.net about that payment; contact svv.name support about product and account security.

Safe payments and subscription management

Enter payment details only in the selected payment service’s form. svv.name does not store your full card number or CVV and never asks for them in correspondence. Manage your card through the Paddle customer portal opened from your account or payment email. To stop the next charge, use the license renewal settings and check that cancellation is confirmed.

If you notice an unfamiliar charge, contact the relevant payment service’s support team and give svv.name the invoice or payment number. Do not send card details, passwords, or verification codes. If payment confirmation is delayed, check the invoice status in your account before paying again. Suspected account compromise also calls for changing your password and ending unfamiliar sessions under “Security.”
